Why we built
HomeBidPros.
Built by people from the trades
HomeBidPros was built by two contractors, not a tech company. Between us we have spent decades on the job site, and for years we watched the big lead-generation sites get rich selling us garbage. They sold vague leads to five contractors at once. They charged us for jobs that were never real. Homeowners got the other side of the same bad deal, cold calls and runarounds and no clear way to say what they actually wanted.
So we built the fair version. Clean projects come in. Contractors pay only for jobs that are worth their time. Nobody gets ripped off on either side. We know what a good lead is worth because we have paid for plenty of bad ones, and we built this for the contractor we used to be and the homeowner we work for every day.
How it works, and who it is for
Homeowners post a project for free. There is no charge to describe what you want and no charge to receive bids. You stay anonymous while you do it. Your name, your address, and your phone number stay private until you accept a bid you like. Until that moment, everything runs through the platform, so you are not handing your contact details to anyone who has not earned them.
Contractors see clean, structured projects instead of fuzzy photos and dead phone numbers. They pay a small fee only when a real homeowner engages with their bid, so the money follows real work, not noise. That is the whole idea. A good project in, a fair shot to bid on it, and a real introduction when both sides choose it.
We are starting in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah, across many kinds of home projects, from countertops and roofing to full kitchens and baths. We would rather be genuinely useful in a few states than spread thin everywhere. If you have a project in one of those states, we would be glad to help you get real bids from real professionals.
Be first when we open in your area.
No spam, no selling your info. Just a heads-up when HomeBidPros goes live near you.
